Steel Fabrication
Equipped with Lathe Machines, Milling Machine, Press Punch, Grinding, Slotting, Drilling Cutting, Welding equipment.
Fiberglass Fabrication
A complete FRP Fabrication facility with skilled labor serves as a center for the fabrication of FRP Products. Workshop includes necessary tools and molds and a ready stock of raw materials.
Foundry
A furnace-oil foundry for in-house die-casting of parts.
Carpentry
A fully equipped carpentry shop to cater for the development of dies and molds for custom-made Fiberglass Products.
Fan Balancing
An in-house facility for static balancing of axial flow fans for Cooling Towers etc.
Tanks/Ducts Fabrication
For tanks up to 4 diameters, we have a state-of-the-art filament winding machine to meet the ASTM standards for FRP tanks manufacturing.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Cozmik Engineering has a hydrostatic pressure testing skid for testing the plate-heat exchangers and Hydro-testing of Cozmik Engineering Tanks and Vessels against any leakages before the equipment leaves our premises.
PVC-Infill Machines
Fully automatic, PLC Controlled High-speed Vacuum Thermoforming Machine.
